Dr. Harris and Mr. Hiller met with the officials to develop a new study in Germany program for 2011 and beyond. This initiative for SW Virginia faculty and students will be funded by new grant awards from the U.S. Dept. of Education and the Virginia Tobacco Commission. Also pictured, (third from left) is Hans Schetelig, the retired European Director for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.
